Heather Forgash, APN

Heather Forgash is a board-certified nurse practitioner in family-individual across the lifespan. She attended Thomas Jefferson University to acquire her master’s degree of science in nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for over 5 years. In those 5 years she worked in the Emergency Room for over 2 years, in which she realized her passion for caring for all types of patients of all ages. Working in the ER contributed to her interest in pain management, due to the expanding population of patients with inadequate pain control. Heather also has experience as working as a registered nurse in a rehab facility and intensive care unit. Her vast nursing experience contributed to her overall passion in improving patient’s quality of life by adequately controlling pain using medication and interventional pain management modalities.
